MEGURU

Within the framework of this year’s Schöneberger Art, Q Gallery Berlin unveils MEGURU, a group exhibition assembling four Japanese artists residing in Berlin: Satoshi Hoshi, Junichi Oboshi, Yuto Yamada, and Yasuhiro Cúze. Meguru evokes the everlasting cycle of the four seasons—an unending dance of dissolution and rebirth. Far deeper than mere weather patterns, the seasons in Japanese culture initiate a poetic dialogue with the cosmos. They cultivate a quiet reverence for impermanence, confronting existence with its most fundamental questions. Moving across disparate mediums—from oil and acrylic on canvas to layered textures, photography, and ceramics—each artist offers a unique lens onto this timeless flow.
