Isa Mammadov

Isa Mammadov was born in 1956 in Zangezur region, Azerbaijan Isa Mammadov - the known Azerbaijan painter, the master of a lyrical landscape. From the childhood while being fond of drawing, Isa comes to Baku and enters A. Azimzadeh State Art College. pes reflect his feelings and thoughts as well as his artistic perception of environment which in his eyes gets the lines of the refined and sublime charm. Due to the artist’s he “tries to show beauty of Azerbaijan invisible to others”. In such works as “Baku Boulevard", “”Chinar” Restaurant", “Baku Street» and "Sheki”, the artist immerses the spectator in conviviality atmosphere in which the easy and air environment filled with transparent light, loses the title in the name as well as its time space. In works of the artist the aspiration to exact fixation of a certain fragment of a landscape departs on the second plan. The artist recreates a certain space in which the main thing is transfer of sensation of sounds, smells and mood of the nature - a rustle of autumn foliage and streaming air given to drink by solar heat, glaring fires reflected in a water smooth surface and revival moving divergently of motley city crowd. Mammadov is a member of UNESCO and member of the Azerbaijani artist's association. Beside his painting he works as an art professor at the State art school of Azerbaijan.
