Yuehui Liu

Yuehui Liu is an artist from Shandong Province, China. She started drawing with a ballpoint pen as a child and has never stopped since. At the age of 21 she moved to Germany and started her studies at the Weißensee Academy of Art in Berlin. During her studies she focused on creating three-dimensional works using different materials, but her passion for ballpoint pen did not leave her. She slowly

returned to her own style, applying the concepts she learned to create artworks that appear three-dimensional. To support herself, she successfully started selling her works on the Museum Island in Berlin. Her works are now in different countries, but always in the hands of people who have a real connection with the work and the author. For Yuehui, art is above all a way of expressing herself and sharing her life experiences with others.
